1. What is your hours of operation?

Riga Limo Service client department via e mail works daily from 10:00 - 18:00. For last minute reservations and questions our client service phone line is available for 24/7.

2. What is the minimum number of hours of vehicle rent?

The minimum rental period for all Riga Limo Service vehicles is 1 hour. Vehicle rent for less than 1 hour is not available. Prices for transfers are shown separately and can vary from prices which are indicated by hours.

3. How can I book vehicle?

For booking please visit section “Our Fleet”. Afterwards choose type of vehicle you are interested for. Every vehicle has special booking form where you must leave your personal information, contacts and message. After filling all requested information push “Submit” button. Our customer department employee will get back to you with the confirmation and all the details.

4. How can I cancel reservation?

Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the service. In cases where the service is pre-paid with the invoice to us via bank transfer Riga Limo Service reserves the right not to return the money if cancellation is not made 24 hours before the service. To cancel your reservation please call us or send us an e-mail.

5. How will I know that my booking is confirmed?

To receive the final confirmation about your reservation please send all the details requested at the booking form and if necessary all additional information requested by our client manager. After our client manager will receive all the necessary details you will receive confirmation e-mail about your booking.
